What is MAT?

Muscle Activation Techniques

(M.A.T.) is a specific and unique process for evaluating an individual’s ability to develop efficient neurological response for muscles to contract and release when outside stressors are placed on the body. It is an assessment of range of motion to determine which muscles are not responding fast enough to protect the joint when the body is placed in a state of survival; for example when you fall or have an accident. It is the improvement and maintenance of a targeted aspect of human motor control therefore raising your bodies ability to become stronger and faster placing your natural ability to be as pain and injury free as possible. This fills the void in conventional rehab and exercise protocols
